2-pc silk chiffon printed w/brush stroke stripe & horizontal bands, silk lace dickie w/ stock collar & scalloped stomacher of 1860s black Chantilly lace, pleated cummerbund W band, skirt pieced of alternating Chantilly lace & chiffon bands, lined in silk taffeta w/ pinked ruffle, label “C Worth, Paris,” w/ couture tape partially legible #14641(?), (wear CB collar, chiffon trim at neck & underarms damaged, several small light scattered stains in skirt, few thread pulls in chiffon up to 4", bodice Wband untacked along top w/ fraying/few small holes, small tears in chiffon & up to 1.5” in lace around skirt W, few broken brides/small breaks in lace, lining moderately shattered, repairs/reinforcements to lining at bodice & Wband) good. Lots won by successful online Bidders will be shipped automatically to the address provided on your Bidsquare registration form once shipping and packaging fees are paid. The total cost will be charged to the credit card on file or paid directly through Live Auctioneers. Due to the volume of shipping anticipated after the sales event, packing and shipping may require up to fourteen (14) business days from receipt of cleared payment. Once the package has been shipped, any shipping related issues or claims are between the shipper and the purchaser. Augusta Auction Co. shall not be responsible for any acts or omissions in the packing and shipping of purchased lots.
