1 sheer cotton dress w/ blue & red smocking to neckline, W & cuffs, floral embroidery to front opening, upper arms & around skirt above knees, made for tourist market & purchased between 1929-1930, label "Made in Czechoslovakia", B 60", W 32", L 44", (inking CB collar, stains above hem, hem let down, 0.5" seam opening left SS hem); 1 woman's cotton blouse w/ hand done broderie anglaise type embroidery in yellow & orange silk w/ mm chainstitch embroidery, purchased 1929-1930, Czech, B 58.5", L 22.5", SH-SH18", (tiny spot stains, 2 ruffles detached/incl, 0.75" hole left SS, wear/frayed underarms, inking collar lining); t/w pillow covering purchased 1952, Romania, 18"x14", (wear to embroidery at edges, light spot stains, inking 1 corner) all good-very good. PACKING/SHIPPING/INSURANCE: The cost of packing and shipping of purchased lots is the responsibility of the purchaser. We have added personnel to our staff to pack and ship lots purchased by on-line Bidders. A fee of $15 ($25 for international shipments where customs forms are required) is charged for packing & handling of each lot. In addition, the actual cost of shipping & insurance will be charged to your account or invoiced to your Live Auctioneer account. All shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service and insured for the hammer price. Lots won by successful online Bidders will be shipped automatically to the address provided on your Bidsquare registration form once shipping and packaging fees are paid. The total cost will be charged to the credit card on file or paid directly through Live Auctioneers.
Due to the volume of shipping anticipated after the sales event, packing and shipping may require up to fourteen (14) business days from receipt of cleared payment. Once the package has been shipped, any shipping related issues or claims are between the shipper and the purchaser. Augusta Auction Co. shall not be responsible for any acts or omissions in the packing and shipping of purchased lots.
