2-pc black silk velvet w/ pale pink velvet stock collar & cuffs, black & silver miniature sequins on organdy & net insertions, end of century leg o’ mutton sleeve, flared skirt w/ shaped bracket inserts, cream satin facings, c. 1898, label "Ernest -? 3 Rue Louis Paris", B 34", L 16", skirt W 22", L 42", (lining & W trim shattered, few small holes in lace, minor bead loss, 1" repair CF collar, few repairs at armscyes, few light stains up to 1", 2" seam opening CB skirt W) fair-good; 2-pc in ribbon & straw motif patterned silk on pink satin ground c/o long wrapped bodice w/ elaborate front draping & full leg o’ mutton sleeves to elbow, wrapped satin cuff w/ panache, skirt w/ double ruched hem band & short train, lined in silk taffeta, c. 1895, B 32”, L 17”, skirt W 22”, L 42”, (stains up to 3”, lining damaged, light wear, pulls up to 11") very good. PACKING/SHIPPING/INSURANCE: The cost of packing and shipping of purchased lots is the responsibility of the purchaser. All shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service and insured for the hammer price. Lots won by successful online Bidders will be shipped automatically to the address provided on your Bidsquare registration form once shipping and packaging fees are paid. The total cost will be charged to the credit card on file or paid directly through Live Auctioneers. Due to the volume of shipping anticipated after the sales event, packing and shipping may require up to fourteen (14) business days from receipt of cleared payment. Once the package has been shipped, any shipping related issues or claims are between the shipper and the purchaser. Augusta Auction Co. shall not be responsible for any acts or omissions in the packing and shipping of purchased lots.
