1 black short-sleeve lambs wool cardigan embroidered w/ aster & poinsettia motif & domed brass CF button closures, label "Feather Knits Brookdowne", America, late 1930s, B 34", W 22"-28", L 17", (missing 1 button, metal oxidizing, 0.25" stain right slv, four 0.25" & 0.5" holes, 1" repair at B); 1 ecru crochet top w/ rows of fagoting, France c. 1935, B 36", W 26", L 16.5", (few pulls, 1.5" seam opening at left cuff); 1 brown merino evening sweater w/ striped open knit yellow cashmere SH draped yoke into twisted criss-cross wrap at CF & extending into SS, France c. 1938, label "Made in France", B 33", W 19"-30", L 17", (minor pilling, 2 small holes above back W) all very good-excellent. All shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service and insured for the hammer price. Due to the volume of shipping anticipated after the sales event, packing and shipping may require up to fourteen (14) business days from receipt of cleared payment. Once the package has been shipped, any shipping related issues or claims are between the shipper and the purchaser. Augusta Auction Co. shall not be responsible for any acts or omissions in the packing and shipping of purchased lots.
