Black wool printed w/ maple leaf motif, black silk velvet ribbon trim to bodice front & cuffs, triple row of ruching to upper sleeve, originally bell-shaped & later modified w/ added cuff, decorative facetted glass CF buttons w/ hook & eye closure, double box pleated skirt, B 38", W 28", L 51.5", (small areas red dye degrading fabric, hem shortened 6" w/ all fabric present & falling 35.5", 3" seam opening right CF, 1" x 1.25" tear right side skirt, two 0.25" holes at right sleeve puff) very good.
