Fall front pants, fabric covered buttons, 2 H pockets, bone suspender buttons, pair of back laces, W 32", Ins 33", (missing 1 boot strap, tiny holes at crotch, scattered small brown stains, 1 large brown stain on right leg) fair; 1 pale yellow wool vest,cream silk embroidery, shawl collar, buckle back, cotton backing, CH 36", L 21", (few stains to back) very good. PROVENANCE: Emily Johnston, 1851-1942, m. Robert W de Forest, 1848-1931, both from prominent & early NYC families. This lot likely belonged to Emily J de Forest's grandfather, John Johnston.
