Dark taupe wool gabardine jacket, eagle relief brass buttons marked on back "Waterbury CT Button Co", attached belt, 4 front pockets, 3 silver stars on each shoulder, 4 rows of 15 multi-color silk ribbons, 1 w/ metallic bow & red center rosette, several w/ small metal stars or leaves, excellent; t/w 1 red, white & blue silk presentation or parade ribbon.
