Petticoat of fantasy floral broche’ garden bouquet motif to lower half on patterned cream silk ground, fully lined in china silk, 21” textile width, possibly Anna Maria Garthwaite, Spitalfields, 1730s, W 26”, L 37”, (two 1” & 0.5” patched holes lower CB, few small stains & 0.25”-1” holes around seat area, W altered w/ newer band of cotton twill tape, light wear at W, minor discoloration along crease lines & hem, few small light stains & pulls in embroidery, 7” vertical seam repair CB hem) Excellent.

Lots won by successful online Bidders will be shipped automatically to the address provided on your Bidsquare registration form once shipping and packaging fees are paid. The total cost will be charged to the credit card on file or paid directly through Live Auctioneers. Due to the volume of shipping anticipated after the sales event, packing and shipping may require up to fourteen (14) business days from receipt of cleared payment. Once the package has been shipped, any shipping related issues or claims are between the shipper and the purchaser. Augusta Auction Co. shall not be responsible for any acts or omissions in the packing and shipping of purchased lots.
