Cotton printed w/ Union field & 42 stars only authorized for production between November 1889- July 4th, 1890 to commemorate Washington statehood, shaped sailor collar, modest leg o’ mutton sleeve, pleated at either side of CF opening & at CB, original W tie, free front w/ plain cotton under bodice & inserted flag material at CF, commercial machine sewing throughout, B 37", W 28", L 57", (significant broad fading, few dark spot stains) very good.
