Cream silk faille strapless evening dress, fitted & boned bodice w/ notched CF B, applied back W band into flat CF bow, full skirt w/ pleated floating panels over Hs to cross at CF, slight high low hemline, includes original petticoat, c. 1953, label “Irene Dana Paris 6, Rue Chambiges Paris”, B 32”, W 24”, L 48”, petticoat W 25”, L 38”, (discoloration, small light stains, zipper slightly sticky, minor closure wear, petticoat w/ few small holes) good. t/w 1950’s cocktail dress constructed from mid 19th C textile. PACKING/SHIPPING/INSURANCE: The cost of packing and shipping of purchased lots is the responsibility of the purchaser. Due to the volume of shipping anticipated after the sales event, packing and shipping may require up to fourteen (14) business days from receipt of cleared payment. Once the package has been shipped, any shipping related issues or claims are between the shipper and the purchaser. Augusta Auction Co. shall not be responsible for any acts or omissions in the packing and shipping of purchased lots.
