Cinnamon silk woven w/ vertical alternating blue stripes & fine horizontal white thread patterning, pelerine collar trimmed w/ blue silk fringe, military style woven bi-color braid applique to collar, sleeve ruffles & down front,front of skirt & sleeves lined in blue silk, full skirt gathered to W in multiple box pleats, B 31", W 22", L 55.5" (left SH seam opening, 1 missing button, wear to top button, 2 small stains on B, fraying at CB hem) very good.
