1 black & purple patterned silk w/ halter neck trimmed at CF & CB w/ draped panel of peach crepe chiffon, fitted bodice, circular skirt, c. 1949, label “Biki, Milano, B 34”, W 22”, L 48", (minor discoloration, few small tears in chiffon, few loose stitches inside hem); 1 pale yellow silk satin evening sheath w/ fitted sleeveless bodice encrusted w/ gold beads & sequins in foliate motifs, ankle length skirt, CB zip closure, 1960s “Malcolm Starr”, B 34”, W 26”, L 56”, (loose/missing beads, repairs at SSs, small light stains, hem discoloration, few tarnish spots on bodice, minor seam strain, wear at CB zip) both very good. Deaccessioned by the Valentine Museum to benefit collections care, preservation and future acquisitions.
